Villasfor2 is nestled in the southern part of Abruzzo, in the province of Chieti. This area is a richly diverse landscape of sweeping olive groves, undulating hills, and sun-drenched coastlines, the beautiful peaks of the Majella National Park and the serene blue of the Adriatic Sea.

Within 30 minutes, you can reach the Adriatic’s finest beaches. While the coastline hums with life in peak summer, much of the year offers tranquil seclusion - soft sands and calm waters stretches as far as the eye can see. On a balmy April afternoon, you may even have the entire beach to yourself.
Abruzzo offers the rare luxury of contrast: ski in the mountains in the morning, enjoy lunch on a sun-dappled terrace, and unwind by the sea in the afternoon. Where else in Europe can you do that?
Our own estate, shared only with nature, sits 366 meters above sea level on a sun-drenched acre (4000m2) surrounded by olive groves. From your villa, gaze east to the Adriatic, west to the mountains of Majella, and on clear days, across a rolling horizon that stretches 50km away. The only “overlook” here comes from golden eagles and alpine swifts, soaring effortlessly overhead. Your place to relax!
A Sanctuary of Peace – Without Isolation
Though deeply immersed in the countryside, Villasfor2 is far from remote. A few minutes away are all the essentials: shops, cafés, a pharmacy, a bank, and excellent local restaurants.
Our property lies at the end of a peaceful country lane in a tiny hamlet of old stone ruins, long abandoned but now quietly reborn. In 2007, we acquired and transformed two of them: one into our private residence, the other - an original 19th-century barn - into our three villas.
There is no passing traffic here, no noise but birdsong and the occasional hum of a tractor. From our own olive trees, we press a small batch of organic, extra-virgin olive oil each year, traditionally milled in the village. A bottle awaits in your villa - perfect for drizzling over warm local bread with a sprinkle of salt.
