Our Villas – Timeless Character with Contemporary Elegance
Originally a 19th-century barn, our property has been thoughtfully transformed into three beautiful villas, each designed exclusively for two guests. Named after the majestic nearby peaks of the Majella National Park—Acquaviva, Pesco Falcone, and La Majelletta - these villas blend rustic Italian charm with modern comfort.
Each villa is entirely self-contained, with a private entrance and identical interiors, ensuring that no one villa is “better” than the others - each is a luxurious, serene space of its own.
The Pool
A Tranquil Oasis with Breathtaking Views
In the warm glow of an Abruzzese summer, a pool isn’t a luxury - it’s essential. That’s why we created a private, sun-drenched pool area facing due south, nestled amidst ancient olive groves and kissed by sunshine from morning until late afternoon.
Exclusively for our guests, the pool is surrounded by a spacious stone terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas positioned to provide ample personal space. The pool’s crystal-clear water is maintained by a state-of-the-art solar-powered copper ioniser, ensuring the highest levels of purity and comfort.
And the view? One guest called it “the best in Abruzzo.” We wholeheartedly agree.
